Coaching & Consulting
Not every meaningful conversation fits neatly inside the structure of therapy.

Sometimes people are looking for support, guidance, perspective, skill-building, or deeper insight around a specific situation, transition, relationship dynamic, or life challenge — without necessarily needing a clinical therapy relationship. Coaching and consulting offer a more flexible space for thoughtful, future-focused conversations that are still grounded, relational, and deeply human. My approach tends to be conversational, honest, pattern-aware, and practical. I help people slow situations down, see things more clearly, untangle what’s actually keeping them stuck, and move forward in ways that feel more aligned and sustainable. For some people, that may involve relationships and communication. For others, it may involve blindness and disability adaptation, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, consulting work, or navigating complicated life transitions. The work is less about “fixing yourself” and more about understanding yourself clearly enough to move forward differently.

My Approach
I tend to approach coaching the same way I approach therapy: thoughtfully, relationally, and without a lot of performative self-help energy. I’m not especially interested in rigid formulas, surface-level advice, or pretending humans are simple. Most people make much more sense once there’s enough space to understand the full context of what they’ve been carrying and navigating. Sometimes people don’t need someone to tell them what to do. They need a space where they can think more honestly, process more clearly, recognize patterns they’ve been stuck inside of, and reconnect with their own judgment, values, and direction. Coaching conversations with me tend to be collaborative, grounded, emotionally intelligent, and practical — with room for humor, complexity, tangents, and real life.
