Individual Therapy
You do not need to be falling apart to deserve support.
A lot of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, high-functioning humans who have gotten very good at carrying too much.
They’re used to being the dependable one, the self-aware one, the strong one, the one who figures things out and keeps going — while privately carrying anxiety, emotional exhaustion, overthinking, relationship stress, burnout, or a nervous system that rarely fully relaxes.
From the outside, they often look completely fine.
From the inside, many feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, emotionally stretched thin, or tired of carrying so much alone.
Some can explain exactly why they struggle and still can’t figure out how to stop repeating the same patterns.
Sometimes people don’t need more advice. They need a space where they no longer have to carry every thought, feeling, responsibility, and survival strategy entirely by themselves.
You Might Benefit From Individual Therapy If…
You feel emotionally exhausted from carrying too much for too long
You overthink everything and still struggle to trust yourself
You’re highly self-aware but still feel stuck in the same patterns
You struggle with people-pleasing, boundaries, or feeling responsible for everyone else
You often feel emotionally “on” and have difficulty slowing your nervous system down
You feel disconnected from yourself underneath all the roles you’ve had to carry
You’re navigating relationship stress, communication struggles, or complicated family dynamics
You’re overwhelmed by transitions, identity shifts, burnout, or emotional overload
You feel like your brain never fully shuts off
You’re dealing with changes in memory, focus, emotional regulation, or cognitive overwhelm
You tend to minimize your own struggles because other people “have it worse”
You’ve spent a long time functioning in survival mode and don’t fully know how to stop

My Approach
Therapy with me tends to feel conversational, collaborative, and deeply human.
I’m not interested in forcing people into neat boxes or making them feel analyzed from a distance. I tend to ask thoughtful questions, notice patterns, and help clients connect dots they may not have realized were connected.
Sometimes sessions are deep and emotional.
Sometimes they’re practical and grounding.
Most of the time they’re both.
Tangents are welcome here. Humor is welcome here. Humanity is welcome here.
One of the things clients often tell me is that they leave sessions feeling clearer, lighter, or more understood — not emotionally flattened or judged.
I don’t believe people are “too much.” I think most people have simply spent a very long time not feeling emotionally safe enough to be fully known.

Professional Details
I provide telehealth therapy for adults in Montana, Arizona, and Idaho through secure phone and video sessions.
Session availability is primarily weekdays between 9am–3pm.
You do not need to have the perfect words, a polished explanation, or complete clarity before starting therapy. Most people don’t. Sometimes the work simply begins with having a space where you no longer have to carry everything alone.
Think we might work well together?
You don’t need to know exactly what you need before reaching out. A consultation is a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and see if it feels like a good fit.
